Brian Plumley brings over two decades of dedication and service from his career in the fire service, where he honed his skills in crisis management, problem-solving, and leadership, including more than 10 years in leadership roles. A native of Arizona, Brian is deeply rooted in his community and is now channeling his passion for helping others into his restoration business.
As a husband and father of five, Brian values family and resilience, traits that inspire his professional work. Outside of his career, Brian enjoys playing the bagpipes and riding motorcycles, pursuits that reflect his appreciation for tradition and adventure. With a steadfast commitment to quality and service, Brian is ready to make a lasting impact in the restoration industry.

With over 20 years of dedicated service with the Tucson Fire Department, Brian Gaston brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping families and businesses recover from disasters. As a family man with a wife and three kids, he understands the importance of trust, reliability, and compassion when it comes to restoring homes and properties after water, fire, or mold damage. As Co-Owner of Four Peaks Restoration, Brian is committed to delivering top-tier restoration services while prioritizing exceptional customer care.

Dave is a veteran of the construction industry and a seasoned restoration expert. Having built and managed a previous successful restoration company, Dave’s experience spans large commercial projects and home renovations alike. He’s a proud graduate of Southern Virginia University and a dedicated family man with two boys and a blended family. Outside of work, Dave is passionate about advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, being openly gay, and proud of the unique perspective he brings to the business. When it comes to managing restoration projects, you can trust Dave to bring both professionalism and a personal touch.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Micah’s organizational skills and dedication to customer service ensure that every customer’s experience is seamless from start to finish.
